• Because every nail is made to order and handmade, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges. Make sure you are double checking your purchases before checking out. 

Refunds

• Orders are refundable within 24 hours after your purchase

Shipping Policy

• U.S. SHIPPING ONLY! Because I have no control over deliveries, I am NOT liable and responsible for any lost or damaged orders once shipped. Local pickup is free. 
• Shipping carrier may take an estimate of 1-2 weeks for packages to be delivered

Processing Time

• All orders take 1-3 weeks depending on complexity of the design (this does not include shipping time). Please make sure you can wait for that period of time before placing your order.
• All orders are made on a "first come, first serve" basis
